This itinerary is a cultural tour of South India with a visit to Goa over a period of 17 nights/17 days. The trip begins in Bangalore and includes sightseeing of Lalbagh, Vidhana Soudha, Iskcon temple, and Bull Temple. Next, the journey proceeds to Mysore, where visitors can explore Somnathpur temple, Mysore Palace, and Shravanabelagola. Afterward, travelers visit Hassan to view Belur and Halebid temples before continuing to Hospet for a day trip to Hampi. The itinerary then leads to Bijapur to view Gol Gumbaz and continues to Badami for a tour of Pattadakal and Aihole temples. After that, the trip proceeds to Goa for a five-day beach vacation. Schedule Details

Day 1 : Bangalore

Fly from your country to Bangalore, you will be greeted and assited upon arrival. Transfer
to Hotel for rest of the stay. The Hotel will be blocked since 10th Nov for swift check inn

Day 2 : Bangalore

After breakfast leave for the sightseeing of Bangalore which is the capital of Karnataka and well known for IT industries. You will visit Iskcon temple - the Krishna Temple is a blend of Modern technology and spiritual harmony, Lalbagh - 240 acres of beautifully sculpted gardens, flowers abound, rare collection of tropical and sub-tropical plants, Vidhana Soudha - this massive building houses the state Legislature and the Secretariat, High Court, Bull Temple-Dravidian Style temple, has a huge monolithic bull is the vahana of Lord Shiva. Overnight at hotel.

Day 3 : Bangalore - Mysore ( 145 Kms, 05 hours )

After breakfast drive to Mysore enroute visit Tipu Sultans summer palace in Srirangapatnam, Sri Ranganathaswamy temple, the summer palace of Tipu Sultan Daria Daulat Bagh, Gambuz. Afternoon roam around the Devraja Usr silk market and local markets which are very exciting. Overnight at Hotel in Mysore.

Day 4 : Mysore - Somnathpur - Mysore

After breakfast leave for the sightseeing of Mysoreand drive to visit 13th centuary Somnathpur temple is worth to watch the superb stone carving around the temple. Return to Mysore and after lunch visit most exciting hightsts of Mysore " The Palace " give lovely impression of Indian architect. Afterwards visit Chamunda Devei temple on the hilltop and local famous markets. Return to Hotel for overnight stay.

Day 5 : Mysore - Shravanabelgola - Hassan ( 150 Kms, 03 hours )

After breakfast, drive to Hassan enroute visiting Shravanabelagola - The monolithic statue of Lord Gomateshwara, a Jain saint and an object of worship for centuries, standing atop one of the hills. . Continue your drive to Hassan. Upon arrival at Hassan, check in at the hotel. Afternoon visit Belur - The most photographed and perhaps the best and they are a must on every tourist's temple itinerary and Halebid - the temple, perched on a star-shaped base amidst lawns, is a sculptural extravaganza. Overnight at hotel in Hassan.

Day 6 : Hassan - Hospet ( 330 Kms, 06 - 07 hours )

After breakfast, drive to Hospet. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel. Hospet is the Gateway of famous city Hampi. Hospet is also famous for Chitradurga Fort which was built by great Mysore kings Hyder Ali and Tipu Sultan. Situated at the banks of river Tungabhadra Harihara is a pilgrim's place in Hospet. Overnight at hotel.

Day 7 : Hospet - Hampi - Hospet

After breakfast, enjoy a whole day tour in Hampi. This city of ruins was the capital of Vijaynagar Empire during 14th and 16th century. Hampi is situated at the banks of river Tungavadra. There are number of temples in Hampi such as Virupaksha temple, Vithala temple, Hazara Rama temple, etc. There is a museum at the bottom of the Matangi hill.
Return to Hospet for overnight stay.

Day 8 : Hospet - Bijapur ( 190 Kms, 3-4 hours )

After breakfast. drive to Bijapur. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel. In the afternoon, enjoy the sightseeing of this historic city. Visits include the Gol Gumbaz (meaning round dome) the tomb of Mohammed Adil Shah, its central dome only surpassed in size by St Peters Basilica in Rome. The acoustics are phenomenal. Overnight at the hotel

Day 9 : Bijapur - Badami ( 125 Kms, 2.1/2 hours )

After breakfast, drive to Badami. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel. In the afternoon you will visit Patadkal & Aihole Temples. Pattadakal is store house of Chalukyan architecture. This world heritage centre has 10 important temples. Among them some are Virupaksha, Mallikarjuna and Papanath. Badami is famous for its cave temples.
These temples were built in the great Aihole art form. Overnight at hotel.

Day 10 : Badami - Goa ( 160 Kms, 05 hours )

After breakfast drive to Goa, arrive and check in at Hotel. Afternoon at leisure to enjoy silver sand and golden sun at famous Goa beach. Overnight at Hotel in Goa

Day 11 : Goa

Enjoy at sea beach.

Day 12 : Goa - Mumbai ( by flight )

Transfer to Goa airport to board flight for Mumbai, arrive & you will be transfer to Hotel.
Late afternoon free at leisure to enjoy this busiest city in the world.

Day 13 : Mumbai

After breakfast you will be transfer to gateway of India to board ferry to visit 15th centuary
elephanta caves. Afternoon city tour of Mumbai will be organized. Return to Hotel for overnight stay.

Day 14 : Mumbai International airport

Around 01.30 am, you will be transferred to Mumbai International airport to board a flight back to your country.

Do I need to exchange my ticket upon arrival at The Mentalist!?

Please pick up your tickets at the V Theater Box Office with a valid photo ID for the lead traveler at least 30 minutes prior to show time (box office opens at 11 am). Seating will begin 15 minutes before showtime.
